How can I book an apartment in Bas Apartments Barcelona?

Do I have to pay a deposit to make a reservation?

The 100% of the first night must be paid. No other charge will be made on your card before check-in, except in case of cancellation or modification that is subject to special conditions (see below).

When will I receive a confirmation?

Once the reservation process is completed, it is confirmed. However, if you send us an email to info@basapartments.com we will send you a confirmation.

How can I cancel or modify my reservation?

If you wish to cancel or modify your reservation you can just send us an email to info@basapartments.com

Do I have to pay for canceling my reservation?

If you decide to cancel the reservation, you will not be refunded the first night that was paid in advance.

What do you need my credit card for?

Your credit card acts as a guarantee for us, in case guests cause any damage to the apartment. If your credit card is not valid, your reservation will be canceled.

Which cards are accepted?

Visa, Maestro, Mastercard and American Express.

Do children have to pay anything?

No, since the price only depends on the type of apartment chosen, cribs and extra beds do not have any additional costs (but they will be subject to availability).

What happens if I break something?

You have to notify the office, and if necessary, pay for the damage.

Is there an additional cost if I arrive during the early morning hours?

If you check-in after 11pm, an extra € 20 will be charged.

Is there any extra cost?

The cleanings during your stay in the apartment are optional but are subject to a cost of 20 euros. If your overnight stay is longer than 5 nights you will be offered a free cleaning.

The late check-in starts from 23:00 and has an extra cost of 20 euros.

You can request a late check-out: it has an extra cost of € 50 and is always subject to the availabilit.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed in the apartments.

What do I do if I need help during my stay?

Our central office is open from 10am until 7pm from Monday to Friday and from 10:30am to 1pm on the weekends. Outside these hours, you can use the contact numbers that you will find in the apartments to get in touch with us. Our staff will attend to any problem that may arise.

Is the apartment cleaned on the daily basis?

The apartments are cleaned on arrival and departure of the guest. If extra cleaning is requested during the stay, a charge of 20 euros must be paid. For every 3 nights we offer a free cleaning. The apartment has everything necessary for the guest to clean it, although it is not mandatory.

Can we ask you to bring us lunch or food to the room?

We do not offer restaurant services in our apartments.

How are the apartments equipped?

The apartments include towels, bedsheets, blankets, bathroom amenities, kitchenette, washing machine, iron, dishwasher, hairdryer, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, cutlery, plates and cups, kitchen utensils, cleaning detergents, television with internet connection, satellite TV, balcony and a free WIFI.

Pool rules (for Cathedral Bas Apartments only)

The pool is located in the attic of the Cathedral Bas Apartments building. Its schedule is from 10am until 8pm. It is necessary to take a shower before bathing. Each guest must use the pool at their own risk.

Towels can be changed every two days at no additional cost.

Will I need an adapter for the power sockets?

Bas Apartments has European plugs type F. If the plugs from your country of origin are not of this type, we suggest you bring a travel adapter with you.

How do I get from the Barcelona airport to the apartments?

There are two ways to get to us easily:

*Bas Catedral and Bas Paseo de Gracia

  • With taxi (the cost will be around 40 euros).
  • Taking the "aerobus" from the terminal to Plaza de Cataluña (the price per person is about 6 euros.

*To get to Bas Gracia you can use the metro from Plaza de Cataluña to the Metro stop L3 Fontana.

How do I get from the Girona airport to the apartments?

From Girona, the best option for you is to take the train to Sants Estació. From this station, you will have to take a train from RENFE Rodalies to Plaza de Cataluña or a metro line L3.

How do I get from Reus airport to the apartments?

From Reus, the best option is to take the train to Sants Estació. From this station, you will have to take a train from RENFE Rodalies to Plaza de Cataluña or a metro line L3.

What public transport can I find near the apartments?
